  • basic pie pastry 200 gram
  • oil 10 ml
  • onion thinly sliced 80 gram
  • thinly sliced mushroom 150 gram
  • spinach 200 gram
  • Knorr mushroom soup 48 gram
  • clove garlic minced 5 gram
  • large egg 55 gram
  • milk 180 ml
  • ground black pepper powder 2 gram
  • grated cheese 60 gram

Quiche(non Veg)
  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic. Stir for 5 minutes.

  2. Add mushrooms; Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Keep Stirring occasionally.

  3. Add 1 ¼ cup milk, 1 pack of knorr mushroom soup, Spinach leaves and mix well.

  4. Cook 3 to 5 minutes, or until spinach is cooked and sauce is thick.

  5. Lightly whisk eggs in mixing bowl. Whisk in pepper and salt

  6. Mix egg mixture in thick sauce and keep aside.

  7. Now heat the oven for 180 c & set the pastry sheet in tray or mould.

  8. Spread sauce egg mixture in a pastry shell. Sprinkle with cheese on top.

  9. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and slightly puffy. Transfer to wire rack, and let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
